Adam Kilcoyne

President

Adam began investing in Portuguese property in 2004. Following that, he set up Sunboundvillas in Portugal in 2009. Now with 600 high end properties in their portfolio, Sunboundvillas is one of the leading property rental companies in the Golden Triangle in the Algarve, an area known in the south of Portugal as being the most exclusive property rental location. With offices in Portugal and Ireland, Sunboundvillas caters to the European holiday market. Adam is also a director of a business visa procurement company which specializes in obtaining working visas for Non-EEA nationals.

Alec Denney

Director of Sales

Alec graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in organizational communication. Succeeding college, he worked in the real estate software sector as a senior business representative and then as an investment counselor for Gateway Portugal. He now lives in Denver, Colorado and travels extensively to Portugal and Spain to oversee the developments and lead property tours. A veteran of the Marine Corps, he served as a Corporal with 6th Anglico and 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment.

Krista Fettke

Director of Marketing

Krista graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship. She has worked as the Social Media Director, content creator, and copywriter for the real estate investment club, RealWealth for 5 years. A travel enthusiast, she has spent a year living in Europe, and often travels to Portugal and Spain to scout developments and lead property tours for potential investors.
